FAQ

UAB „Autoprizmė“

What car brands do you specialize in?

Fiat, Lancia, Alfa Romeo, Maserati, Ferrari, and Jeep. We don’t sell parts for other makes.

Do you sell original parts or aftermarket parts?

Both. We carry genuine original parts as well as trusted aftermarket brands like Magneti Marelli. We’ll tell you honestly which option makes sense for your situation — we don’t push the cheapest option just because it’s cheapest.

How do you make sure the part actually fits my car?

We identify parts using your car’s VIN number, checked against the manufacturer’s official ePER parts catalog — not just the model name. This matters most for international orders, where a wrong part means a costly return.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes — 12 months on all original parts, no fine print.

Do you ship outside Lithuania?

Yes. We sell internationally through eBay and Ovoko, and ship across Europe and the United States.

I can't find the part I need listed — can you still get it?

Usually, yes. Contact us with your car’s details and the part you need, and we’ll source it.

Do you only sell parts, or do you also do repairs?

Both. We’ve run a repair and diagnostics workshop since 2000, alongside parts sales.

What do you use for diagnostics?

The manufacturer’s own WiTECH diagnostic software — the same tool an official dealer would use.

Where are you located, and what are your hours?

Viršuliškių skg. 38, Vilnius LT-05131, Lithuania.

Monday – Friday 9:00 – 18:00, Saturday – working hours by agreement.

I'm not sure which part I need — can you help me figure it out?

Yes, that’s genuinely part of the job. Send us your car’s VIN and describe the issue, and we’ll help identify the right part before you order.

I don't know my car's VIN — how do I find it?

It’s a 17-character code, made up of both letters and numbers. You’ll find it on your vehicle registration certificate, and usually also stamped on a plate visible through the windshield on the driver’s side of the dashboard, or on a sticker inside the driver’s door frame.

Can I bring my own parts for you to install?

Generally, no — if we didn’t supply the part, we can’t stand behind it with our warranty. That said, if we don’t have the part in stock ourselves, we’ll sometimes make an exception. Ask us directly about your specific case.

Can you service a car that's still under its manufacturer warranty?

Yes — though it’s not always a simple yes or no. As a rule: if a part we sold you is still under our own warranty and it breaks, we replace it free of charge.

Do I need to book an appointment, or can I just come in?

Please call ahead to book an appointment.

Can I get a price estimate before you start the work?

We can only give an accurate estimate after we’ve inspected the car — sometimes the exact issue isn’t clear until we take a look.

What's your return policy?

Returns follow Lithuanian consumer protection law. Contact us about your specific order and we’ll walk you through it.

Do you sell used parts?

Yes, alongside new original and aftermarket parts. Every used part is checked and tested before sale to confirm it’s actually usable.

Can you issue a VAT invoice for business customers?

Yes.

Do you speak English or Russian?

Yes, both.

How long does delivery take?

If the part is in stock, we deliver it within Lithuania in 1 business day. Delivery time to other countries depends on the destination. Please contact us for the exact delivery timeframe.
